Service Description

A fitness class designed especially for mums wanting to rebuild core strength after kids (no matter how long ago that was). Start feeling stronger, more energised and improve your belly, back and pelvic floor strength as well as whole body fitness. Wednesdays 8-9pm UK time. Thursdays 9-10am NZ time.
