Service Description

Join us for this weekly class and Facebook group support to help you rebuild your body after babies (no matter how long ago that was), and keep you strong and sane. I'll teach you techniques, stretches and body weight strength exercises to strengthen your core (belly, back and pelvic floor) as well as improve posture and overall fitness. We end each class with a little relaxation to help you get a better nights sleep and manage the week's anxiety and stresses. PLUS access my 'core essentials kit' for mini tutorials on all things core.
