The Core Strength Class online Monthly Membership is all about rebuilding your body and core (belly, back and pelvic floor) regaining some energy and feeling more like you again, no matter how long ago you had a baby.

 Here's what you get:

  • A weekly LIVE fitness class to help you safely push your limits, stay motivated, build consistency and ultimately create long term habits that will help future-proof your core.

  • My eyes on you during each class allowing me to assess your form and tweak what we need to avoid injury and maximise your training (PS you don’t HAVE to have your camera on, if you’re feeling shy, your house is just too much of a wreck or you haven’t washed your hair for 3 days – while I don’t care – you might, so cameras off is fine too).

  • Video recording of all classes (me only, don’t worry) so even when life happens, you never have to miss a class.

  • Class comaraderie with other mums on a similar health and wellness journey over in the free FB group.

  • All your niggly health and wellbeing questions answered in our monthly live group call. It’s like Google, but without all the ads, and useless articles.

  • Core strength tutorials to help you continue to get stronger, improve your posture, experience fewer aches & pains, heal the diastasis, and stop weeing yourself when you cough.

  • Ultimately you get to lead a healthier, happier life and become an even more amazing role-model to your family who learn that taking time out and exercise are non-negotiables, even for mums.

The live classes happen every Wednesday evening, 7.45pm.

PS this is not a bootcamp style workout. While I will always aim to push you further than you think you can go, I'll do it in a safe and loving way, with just a hint of kick-buttery.

 

 £35 per month (There is a recurring monthly payment which you can easily cancel at any time by using the login details that you will be asked to complete when you sign up).

In need of a little more support and motivation to get your fitness back on track? Or perhaps you've got some particular issues you need extra help with and classes just aren't right for you at the moment.

 

Then I provide online or face to face (socially distanced outdoor) Personal Training sessions for mums wanting a tailored plan and ongoing support with their fitness needs from someone who 'gets it'.

 

Core Strength, Cardio, Flexibility and kickboxing available.

 

PLUS, new for summer/autumn - Pedal PT sessions combining a traditional workout with a bike ride through the countryside. Get fitter and more  confident on your bike whilst having fun and enjoying some time in nature.

 

Whether you had your last baby 6 weeks or 6 years ago, I will meet you wherever you are and help you get to wherever you want to go.

£40 per session or £210 for a block of 6.

Pals PT also available (for groups of 2-5 people). From £47 per hour.
