Core Strength for Mums courses are all about creating strength inside and out and rebuilding your core (belly, back and pevic floor) after babies, no matter how long ago that was for you.
These holistic programmes are suitable for mums at all stages and combine:
A weekly fitness class focusing on re-building core strength through whole body resistance (strength) exercise, posture perfect stretches and a touch of relaxation leaving you revived and ready for anything.
Essential info, hints and tips on how to protect and strengthen your core (belly, back and pelvic floor) both while you exercise and as you go about your daily mum-life.

Then I provide online or face to face (socially distanced outdoor) Personal Training sessions for mums wanting a tailored plan and ongoing support with their fitness needs from someone who 'gets it'.

PLUS, new for summer/autumn - Pedal PT sessions combining a traditional workout with a bike ride through the countryside. Get fitter and more confident on your bike whilst having fun and enjoying some time in nature.
